Refund Policy Payment in full is required in advance of scheduled program date. All sales are final.
Sales Readiness Group understands that circumstances may require someone to reschedule or substitute their registration for a program. A registrant may reschedule to another program within three months of the originally scheduled program, or send a substitute to the originally scheduled program, by giving Sales Readiness Group notice at least three (3) days in advance of date of the originally scheduled program.
No credit will be given for registrants who do not show up to the programs for which they were scheduled.
Sales Readiness Group will do its best not to cancel or postpone any of its scheduled programs. However, if for any reason a program is postponed, the program registrants will be notified as soon as practicable by phone and/or e-mail. In this regard, a participant may reschedule for a future program or receive a full refund. Sales Readiness Group reserves the right to postpone a program if necessary at any time.
