Management
Norman Behar - President and Chief Executive Officer
Norman Behar is a proven sales leader with over 20 years of CEO, COO and senior sales management experience. Prior to co-founding Sales Readiness Group, Norman served as a Managing Partner at Linear Partners, a boutique sales consulting firm focused on providing sales effectiveness solutions to venture backed and emerging growth companies. In the past, Norman also served as President and CEO of Catapult, Inc., a leading provider of personal computer training services, where he oversaw the Company's operations and managed its growth and expansion into more than 20 major markets across the United States. Under Norman's leadership, revenues increased significantly and the company was sold to IBM. Earlier in his career, Norman was Senior Vice President of Corporate and Government Sales with Egghead Software. As founder of this business unit of Egghead Software, Norman built and managed a national direct sales organization responsible for over $300 million in annual revenues. Norman received his B.A. from the University of Washington, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
David Jacoby - Chief Operating Officer
David Jacoby is a seasoned professional with proven business and sales operations experience. Additionally, he has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and closing complex corporate transactions. Prior to co-founding Sales Readiness Group, David was a Managing Partner at Linear Partners where he helped clients build their sales organizations and implement sales strategies. In the past, David has served as Vice President of Business Affairs of Xylo, Inc., the HR industry's leading provider of web-based employee discount programs to Fortune 500 companies, where he was responsible for the Company's business development, sales operations, legal affairs and financing activities. Before joining Xlyo, David was a corporate attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he practiced in the firm's mergers & acquisitions group. David received his J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and received his B.A. from the University of Washington, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Willem Boom - Vice President of Business Development
Willem Boom has extensive experience working with organizations on their sales development, sales performance and learning needs. Willem has fifteen years of business experience in both the Information Technology and Learning & Development fields, working with United Online, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Yahoo-Overture, IHOP, Amgen, Toyota, Embassy Suites Hotels, First Data Corporation and others. Willem is a Certified Trainer in Situational Leadership® from the Center for Leadership Studies in Escondido, California, a certified Harrison Assessment Coach, and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management with an emphasis in Marketing from Webster University.
Keith Weinberger - Vice President of Marketing
Keith Weinberger is an experienced product marketing and business development professional with strategic marketing and partnership development experience. Keith has been in several strategic marketing roles including developing product feature sets and sales strategies at a number of high-tech companies. Prior to SRG, Keith was Vice President of SmallTownPapers, Inc., a leading content provider to the information and education markets, where he forged strategic partnerships with major companies such as LexisNexis, Gale - Cengage, EBSCO and more. Keith received his MBA from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Marlaina Williams - Director of Client Services
Marlaina brings over 20 years of passion and expertise helping organizations improve performance in the areas of sales skills and leadership development. Marlaina spent eight years with Microsoft, where she served as a Sales Trainer, Sales Training Manager, Program Manager and Instructional Designer. In addition, Marlaina delivered sales training to hundreds of Microsoft Solutions Providers. Marlaina also served as the Manager of Sales Development at GiftCertificates.com where she was responsible for the professional development of GiftCertificates.com's account executives, inside sales team and account managers. As a principal of Sound Leadership, a leadership development firm, Marlaina has worked with thought leading clients including Amgen, ESCO Corporation, Microsoft, MicroTouch, MSNBC, Onyx Software, Primus Knowledge Systems, QAD Inc., Raymond Corporation, and The Effectiveness Institute.

Victor is an acknowledged business visionary with over 30 years of experience creating, financing and operating businesses. Victor is the founder and CEO of Boost eLearning, an industry leading provider of eLearning that empowers users with the skills they need to dramatically improve the quality of their Google search results. Previously, Victor served as the Chairman, CEO, and founder of numerous high growth companies including Catapult, Inc. (acquired by IBM) which he developed into one of the industry’s largest privately held technical training companies, and Egghead Software which he took public and grew to over 200 retail outlets nationwide. Victor is a frequent lecturer on entrepreneurship at the University of Washington Business School and the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Victor is a graduate of the University of Washington where he received a B.A. in Business Administration.
Steven Conrad - Managing Director of MediaPro Inc.
Steve is a recognized e-learning industry expert and has over 15 years of experience improving employee performance through effective training solutions. Steve is the founding partner and the Managing Director of MediaPro, Inc. Under Steve's leadership, MediaPro has delivered hundreds of high-quality, innovative and successful e-learning initiatives since the company's founding. MediaPro is nationally recognized as one of the top e-learning design companies in the U.S. and has produced over 25 award-winning learning solutions for companies in a variety of industries. Steve is an experienced conference speaker and moderator. Prior to founding MediaPro, he helped open the Seattle office for Oracle and spent seven years in various sales and management positions. While at Oracle, Steve was named "Sales Consultant Manager of the Year" and exceeded quota every year in a very competitive environment. Before joining Oracle, he served in various technical and sales positions for a variety of technology companies including Comshare and EDS. Steve graduated cum laude from Central Washington University with a B.A. in Business (finance) and a minor in Computer Science.
The Impact Achievement Group is a training and performance management consulting company that provides assessments, coaching, story-based interactive workshops, and simulations for managers at all levels of organizations worldwide. Lee has a unique mix of credentials that help organizations achieve tangible results. During his 30+ year career Lee has been a science and math teacher (Jaycee's Outstanding Young Educator Award), a successful sales and marketing leader, and a recognized leader in the training industry. Holding key executive positions at Xerox Corporation, Apple Computer, Novell, and others, Lee was an early pioneer of eLearning and created one of the first integrated, corporate universities. In a published article in 1999, Lee coined the term "blended learning" which has become widely accepted as an optimum model for learning effectiveness. Holding a Masters Degree in Instructional Design he has, throughout his career, been recognized for his innovative approaches, on-time/on-budget performance, and a focus on bottom-line business results.
A member of the Porter Henry & Company staff since 1976, Warren became President in 1986 and CEO in 1995. He has comprehensive experience in every facet of salesforce development, including needs analyses, sales training, sales management, on-boarding and training design, sales strategy, and long range planning. Starting as a sales rep for Republic Steel Company, Warren joined Anken Chemical and Film Corporation, progressing to Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and then to Division Manager. In his last assignment, he built the largest and most profitable salesforce in the company. Warren is a member of The Professional Society for Sales & Marketing Training, ASTD, the Instructional Systems Association, and is a frequent speaker at conventions and national sales meetings. He has published articles in Training Magazine, Sales and Marketing Management, and ASTD Journal. Warren also authored an award-winning book, The Sales Strategist: 6 Breakthrough Strategies to Win New Business. He holds a B.A. degree from Duke University and a Master's degree in marketing from the New York University Graduate School of Business.
RealTime Performance, Inc. is a provider of web-based applications for employee and leadership development. Through his role as CEO and senior consultant at RealTime Performance, Sean has worked with leading companies, including Starbucks, Nordstrom, FedEx, Johnson and Johnson and Lockheed Martin, helping them design and implement leadership development and talent management solutions. Prior to founding RealTime Performance in 1999, Sean worked for GE Capital at the Center for Learning & Organizational Excellence. Sean's background also includes Director of Marketing at Quando, an Internet search company that was sold to Disney in 1998. Sean holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Puget Sound.
