Allison is a seasoned project manager bringing over ten years of industry expertise to SRG. Her past experience spans technology, marketing and advertising, recruiting and hospital industries. As a snapshot in to her background, Allison has worked extensively with Microsoft partners, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Starbucks Coffee Co. and Korn/Ferry International. She specializes in program and project management, process improvement methodologies and event planning. She is often known as the subject matter expert and the go-to for streamlining efficiencies helping companies achieve goals. She currently manages training operations and client program implementations for SRG. Allison graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a minor in Philosophy.
Marlaina brings over 20 years of passion and expertise helping organizations improve performance in the areas of sales skills and leadership development. Marlaina spent eight years with Microsoft, where she served as a Sales Trainer, Sales Training Manager, Program Manager and Instructional Designer. In addition, Marlaina delivered sales training to hundreds of Microsoft Solutions Providers. Marlaina also served as the Manager of Sales Development at GiftCertificates. com where she was responsible for the professional development of GiftCertificates. com's account executives, inside sales team and account managers. At SRG, Marlaina has worked with industry leading clients including Abbott, AdRoll, Alcon, Catalina Marketing, FactSet, Johnson Financial Group, Maritz, RingCentral, Univision, Valmont Industries and F5 Networks.
Alonso is a proven marketing leader with over 10 years of experience. At Sales Readiness Group (SRG) he manages marketing and sales enablement operations. Before SRG, Alonso was an independent marketing consultant for B2B small business and software companies. He also served as marketing manager at 9Slides, a cloud-based presentation startup that was acquired by Limeade. Alonso earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington with a focus on Marketing, Sales, and Entrepreneurship.
Ellen Cressey has over 25 years of experience in instructional design, development, and facilitation with sales and marketing professionals, technical staff and customer service representatives. During her extensive career in the technology industry, she developed and taught a wide array of classes and seminars designed to enhance sales product knowledge, sales skills, and effective communication. Ellen spent over 10 years in management roles with Microsoft, PacTel InfoSystems and Aldus Corporation. Ellen graduated from San Diego State University with her B.A. in social sciences and her secondary education teaching certificate.
Ilana Guttmann has over 20 years of experience designing learning experiences for a range of industries. She specializes in adult learning methodologies that engage learners through a variety of media to achieve a high degree of transfer of learning. Ilana has a deep background as an instructional design and organizational development consultant, working with organizations that include Tableau Software, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and HTC America.
Pat Hansen has over twenty years of experience with print and online brand development. She specializes in bringing clarity to complex information – using both logic and creativity. Pat was the founding President of the Seattle Chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), and has taught graphic design at the University of Washington and Syracuse University. She served on the AIGA National Board of Directors and was selected by Graphic Design USA Magazine as one of the top 10 Women Designers in the United States. Pat earned her B.F.A. at the University of Washington, and then studied at the Kunst Gewerbeschule in Basel, Switzerland.
Edze has over 25 years of sales and leadership experience in the IT and software industry. As Corporate Vice President at Getronics, he launched a global sales training initiative where he trained over 300 salespeople. Furthermore, Edze has been supporting the international expansion of US technology firms through staffing their sales teams and helping them with their sales channel & distribution challenges. Edze lives in the Netherlands and is fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish, French and German. Edze holds a Masters from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and received his B.A. from the University of San Diego, where he graduated Cum Laude.
Nick brings 11 years of sales, teaching, and leadership experience to his SRG clients. Nick's sales career has included stops in London, New York, Los Angeles, and the Midwest with a variety of B2B and B2C industries from Business Intelligence, Sports, Financial Services, Non-profit, and Higher Education. Nick's passion for teaching gave him the opportunity to work as a Training Manager and three years as an adjunct business professor. Nick earned a M.P.A. from the University of North Dakota and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
Rein Kansman has an extensive background in Learning & Development. He specializes in engaging with participants so that they understand the key skills and can apply and adopt these skills in real world situations. Rein worked at Sysco Foods (a Fortune 100 company) for over 25 years and brings with him experience in a variety of leadership roles (sales, management, and operations) including helping other leaders more effectively engage their teams. Rein is also an author with his latest book, "Introducing Love: A New Corporate Paradigm", focused on how to create a more respectful environment in order to develop an engaged group of followers. Rein is a graduate in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University.

Will has over 25 years of experience in sales, sales training, sales coaching and sales leadership. In both, the consulting and corporate arenas, Will has designed and facilitated hundreds of training programs and initiatives. He has worked for more than 200 Fortune 1000 companies including American Express, BNY Mellon, Brown Brothers Harriman, Cigna, Colgate-Palmolive, J.P. Morgan Chase, Lufthansa German Airlines, Novartis, Pepsico, Pfizer, Northrop Gruman, 3M, and Weight Watchers International. Will is also an adjunct instructor at NYU’s School of Continuing Education and Leadership.
